1. Standard Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our course materials and immediate access to our intellectual property, all sales are generally final, and we do not offer standard refunds, automatic returns, or cancellations. 

Exceptional Satisfaction Guarantee: At True Ikigai, your transformation and satisfaction are incredibly important to us. If you have actively engaged with the course materials and find that you are completely unsatisfied with the quality or content of the program, please contact our support team directly:

  • How to Request an Exception: Send an email to community@trueikigai.com within 14 days of your purchase.

  • What to Include: Please provide your full name, the email address used at checkout, your purchase receipt, and a brief explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations.

We review every single request personally. If we see that you genuinely went through the material and did not find value, we reserve the right to issue a discretionary refund as a gesture of good faith. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.

3. Account Disputes and Chargebacks

We are fully committed to resolving any billing issues, technical glitches, or customer dissatisfaction directly with you.

  • If you see an unfamiliar charge or experience a technical issue that locks you out of your course, please contact us at community@trueikigai.com first before opening a formal dispute with your bank or credit card company.

  • Filing an official chargeback or dispute via your bank without contacting us first will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your course access and student account while the issue is being investigated.

4. Technical Access Issues

If you cannot access your course due to a system error, corrupted link, or password problem, this does not qualify for a refund. Our technical team will work with you directly to resolve the issue and restore full access to your digital portal immediately.
